Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — all orders above GH₵500 qualify for free standard shipping within Greater Accra. Orders above GH₵800 ship free nationwide.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Contact us within 1 hour of placing your order via WhatsApp or email. Once the order is dispatched, we cannot change the address.
What happens if I'm not home?
Our courier will attempt delivery twice. On the second failed attempt, the package is held at a local collection point for 48 hours before being returned.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within Ghana only. International shipping is on our roadmap — sign up for our newsletter to be notified when it launches.
